Renovating a house for the first time we were extremely nervous. When we told people what we wanted to do and the time frame the boys had provided, all people said was increase your budget by at least 10% and starting the renovation in July – “you will be lucky to be in by Christmas”.
Work began on time and within the first week the backyard was dug up, the back of the house ripped off and the stumps in. From that week and for the next four months the work never stopped.
Panozzo Builders were an absolute pleasure to work with and I tell anyone that will listen! The communication was outstanding; we were kept in the loop at all times of the progress. They were always there with advice and made suggestions that were in our best interest and were always prepared to answer our numerous questions. Change to the plan were minimal and were discussed if required prior to the work being done. Our renovation was completed on time and on budget. What more can you ask?
